Meet Your Teacher

Hello! I am a native Spanish speaker from Ecuador, and I have been teaching Spanish online since 2022.

Unlike large corporate language schools, Ataraxia Spanish is an independent operation. When you book a lesson, you work directly with me.

I specialize in teaching adult beginners, starting from absolute zero. I know how intimidating it can be to learn a new language as an adult, which is why I focus on clear explanations in English combined with immediate, guided practice.

I have extensive experience working with international students, specifically English speakers. I understand the common mistakes English speakers make, and I know how to explain Spanish grammar in a way that makes sense to your brain.

In our lessons, we will cover grammar, pronunciation, and most importantly, conversation. I provide a calm, supportive environment where making mistakes is just part of the process.
